Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Windows and Messaging engineer to join the Platform Engineering team. Responsibilities include managing, monitoring and improving our Windows ecosystem.  This includes our email platform including Exchange Online, our server environment consisting of Active Directory, AzureAD and Windows 2012-2019 servers, and our desktop infrastructure which includes all of M365. This individual will also provide escalation support for the Help Desk and Operations teams, technical documentation and participate in end user training when requested.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 10 years Windows Administration
  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory administration and best practices (GPO, DFS, etc.)
  • Basic architectural skills (introducing new applications into a production environment)
  • Experience administrating Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2019 core
  • Windows clustering set up and administration
  • Experience setting up and managing the Office 365 suite of products
  • Experience setting up and managing Exchange Online and associated products such as Proofpoint, Global Relay, Microsoft Intune/EndPoint and email DLP
  • Experience managing Microsoft’s collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Share Point and Power Apps
  • Experience managing the AzureAD suite of products including AzureAD, IDP, conditional access and the app proxy
  • Experience managing Microsoft’s collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Share Point and Power Apps
  • Understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.
  • Experience with one or more programming/scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
  • Ability to troubleshoot server issues and determine root cause
  • Provide technical documentation, including build and maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
